Privacy Policy
PlumbRun is operated by Pohlman Plumbing & Home Services, Inc. ("PlumbRun," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you request service through PlumbRun, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- Job details you provide: the problem described, urgency, and any notes.
- Transaction information when you approve a quote and pay, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
- Consent records: whether and when you agreed to receive text messages or acknowledged a pricing estimate.
How we use your information
- To dispatch a licensed technician and coordinate your service visit.
- To send you job-related communications — quote links, dispatch and arrival updates, and receipts — by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
- To process payment for work you approve.
- To keep records required for warranty, licensing, and tax purposes.
We do not sell your information. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the PlumbRun messages you requested.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we send recurring job-related texts (quote links and dispatch alerts) to the number you provide. Message frequency varies by job (typically up to about 6 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Sharing
We share information only with the independent licensed technician assigned to your job (to perform the service) and with service providers that help us operate — our payment processor (Stripe), our messaging and email providers (Twilio and Resend), and our hosting and database providers — each only as needed to deliver the service you requested. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
- Request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us (below).
